This is a simple agreement between you and us. We're a small indie game company, and we want to be straight with you. By using our website or purchasing our products, you agree to these terms. If you have questions, email us at hello@talklikethis.com.

1. Our Products

Talk Like This… sells physical card games and related merchandise through our website, Amazon, and TikTok Shop. We do our best to keep product descriptions and pricing accurate, but we reserve the right to make changes at any time without prior notice.

2. Orders & Payment

When you place an order, you confirm your information is accurate. Payment is processed securely through Shopify. We accept major credit cards, ShopPay, and PayPal. We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud, errors, or unusual quantities.

3. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to ship within 2–5 business days. Delivery times are estimates — we can't guarantee arrival dates, and we're not responsible for carrier delays or customs issues. Risk of loss passes to you once your order is handed to the carrier.

4. Returns & Refunds

Change your mind on the order? Contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@talklikethis.com. We'll make it right — replacement, store credit, or a refund for items returned in original unopened condition. We don't accept returns on used or damaged items.

5. Intellectual Property

Everything you see here — our name, game designs, card art, characters, and copy — belongs to Talk Like This… Buying our game doesn't give you the right to copy, resell, or reproduce it. Please don't do that.

6. Your Conduct

We ask that you use our Services honestly and respectfully. Please don't:

• Use our site for any unlawful purpose

• Submit false information or impersonate anyone

• Post abusive, offensive, or defamatory content

• Attempt to copy, scrape, or misuse our content or systems

7. Third-Party Platforms

We sell through Amazon and TikTok Shop. Purchases on those platforms are subject to their own terms. We're not responsible for anything that happens on third-party sites.

8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Our products and website are provided "as is." We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you won't exceed what you paid for the product in question.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the date at the top. Continued use of our Services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law
